What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa

How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the current published rate from the selected carrier.

What are my shipping options?
You will be given the option to select your shipping method during checkout. All available methods will be listed along with the associated shipping cost.

When will my purchase ship?
Shipments are processed 8am-2pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2pm will ship the following business day. Orders received between 2pm on Friday and 8am on Monday will ship on Monday. 

Where do you ship?
Anest Iwata ships worldwide. However, shipments outside of North America are often very expensive. We encourage you to contact the Anest Iwata office in your country for information on locally available promotions.

Why don't you sell spray guns on this site? 
Anest Iwata does not sell spray equipment direct to the consumer.
